Thank you for registering for our upcoming
Welcome to AFL event that will be held on
Sunday, April 19 at Marvel Stadium.

 

For those joining us from Werribee Primary School, 
St Andrews Primary School or Dohertys Creek P-9 College, you will need to be at your respective school at 8:30am to be marked off and get on the bus.

For those making their own way to Marvel Stadium, please be at Gate 8 by 9:30am for a 10am start. If you have any questions on the day, call 0478 756 697

FAQ:

What should I wear?

Something comfortable. You will be moving around during the program so wear comfortable clothes and closed toe shoes. 

​

What should I bring? 

Please bring your own water bottle and any snacks you might want to enjoy during the game. Please note, takeaway food is not allowed in the stadium but a packed lunch is fine.

 

What happens during the program?

You will learn about Australian Rules Football through a short presentation and game and then will practice your skills on the field. 

​

Then we will watch the North Melbourne Kangaroos take on the Richmond Tigers.

​

How long does the game go for?

2.5 to 3 hours depending on the amount of stoppages, injuries and goals.

Are there any prayer and/or sensory spaces at Marvel Stadium?

​Yes!
Multi-Faith Prayer Room: 
Level 1 - Aisle 3, Level 3 - Aisle 17
Sensory Rooms:
Level 1 – Aisle 3, Level 3 – Aisle 31

Where will we meet to get back on the bus?

Huddle staff will take you back to the bus depot once the game is finished so, after the siren, sit tight!
