More than 280 young people from across Melbourne and Wyndham for Huddle Holidays.
The Spring school holidays have brought to an end our 2026 Huddle Holidays program, marking the conclusion of our biggest year of holiday programs ever.
Across the year, hundreds of young people participated in activities designed to help them stay active, build confidence, develop new skills and strengthen social connections. During the Spring holidays alone, more than 280 young people from across Melbourne and Wyndham took part in a range of exciting Junior and Senior activities.

From learning new sports and exploring local attractions to developing lifesaving skills and our largest-ever volleyball tournament, Huddle Holidays Spring 2026 provided something for everyone.
Junior Program
Our Junior activities encouraged young people aged 8–12 to try new experiences, challenge themselves and make new friends in safe and welcoming environments.

Welcome to Tennis with Fencing
Thanks to our friends at the Australian Tennis Foundation and Western Swords, participants had the opportunity to experience two unique sports at our Arden Street home.
Young people learned the fundamentals of tennis before stepping into the world of fencing, where they practised basic techniques and skills under the guidance of experienced instructors. The day provided a fun introduction to two sports many participants had never tried before.

Mini Golf
Participants enjoyed a day out at the beautiful Wyndham Harbour, taking in the stunning waterfront surroundings while testing their putting skills on the mini golf course.
With sunshine, friendly competition and plenty of laughs, the activity provided a fantastic opportunity for young people to spend time outdoors, connect with their peers and visit Wyndham Harbour for the first time.

BOUNCE
A long-time favourite of The Huddle returned these holidays, with participants visiting the brand-new BOUNCE venue in Hoppers Crossing.
Young people spent the day jumping, climbing and challenging themselves across a range of activities, while building confidence and encouraging one another throughout the session.

Activity Day
Our Activity Day brought together a mix of Nerf battles, dodgeball and team-building challenges that kept participants engaged and active from start to finish.
The variety of activities encouraged teamwork, communication and problem-solving, while ensuring everyone had the opportunity to get involved and have fun.

Senior Program
The Senior program continued to provide opportunities for young people to compete in a sport they love, whilst also learning life-saving skills.
Volleyball Tournament
A highlight of the holidays was The Huddle Volleyball Tournament, which saw 24 teams and more than 180 participants come together at Eagle Stadium for our largest volleyball tournament ever.
Across a full day of competition, teams showcased outstanding skill, teamwork and sportsmanship as they battled through pool matches and finals. The tournament concluded with the crowning of our two Division Champions, celebrating an incredible day of volleyball and community connection.

CPR Training
Our CPR course provided participants with valuable life-saving skills while helping them build their employability and career readiness.
Through hands-on learning, young people gained practical knowledge and confidence that can support them in future workplaces and everyday situations.
Looking Back on an Amazing Year
As our 2026 Huddle Holidays program comes to a close, we are incredibly proud of the opportunities provided to young people across Melbourne and Wyndham throughout the year.

One participant shared:
"I liked the fun activities, meeting new people, and spending time with everyone. I really enjoyed the experience."
Another said:
"It’s fun and I get to play with friends."
These reflections capture exactly what Huddle Holidays is all about – creating opportunities for young people to learn, grow and belong through positive experiences, meaningful connections and new opportunities.
A big thank you to all of our participants, families, partners – the Victorian Department of Education, Community Bank Seddon & HOKA and activity providers who helped make Huddle Holidays 2026 our biggest and most successful year yet. We look forward to welcoming everyone back for more exciting programs in the future.
